I’m Annika, and I am a healthy person. I eat ice cream occasionally. And that’s OK. And I want it to be OK for you as well. You can have treats too, as long as it’s with the right attitude.
You’ve come to the right place, my friend. I’m Annika, a diet & exercise coach that helps you rediscover the relationship between the food you put in your body, and how it affects your health, your mind, and your performance at life.
Humans are not broken by default: we are not supposed to be a sluggish, overweight species, at the mercy of caffeine, sugar and junkfood to get us through life. We can do more than that! By taking control of your body, you also take control of many other parts of your life: your health, your habits, your confidence. The increased energy from looking after yourself (no more mental fog!) will make a huge difference in what you can & can’t do: you’re better focused at work, you have more time for your partner, and you have more energy to chase the kids! You can have all of these things, and in an entirely natural, healthful way.
At Natural Exercise & Energy.com, I aim to help you do 3 things
1) Understand the relationship between food, exercise & health (and no, it’s not just about ‘balance’ or ‘calories’)
2) Take control of your body forever – imagine being able to control your energy levels, your weight, and your health forever!
3) Help you live a vibrant & fulfilled life, by loving every second!
I believe strongly in learning to treat your body with the respect it deserves. Feeding it the foods that are best for it (& delicious!), moving in a way that you enjoy, all these things contribute to a happy body, and of course a vibrant, happy self.
